Day 26-Friday, January 31st

This will be a short post. I'm having some moderate pain in my neck due to my accident, so my meal planning sort of went out the window. I didn't eat anything off plan at all, but my meals today weren't really very blog worthy. I only have a few days left, and I am still motivated to stick to the plan as much as possible, even after day 30! 

Breakfast: banana and cashew butter with coconut flakes

Lunch: grilled chicken over sautéed broccoli rabe with garlic and oil.

Dinner: I wasn't really wanting dinner, by evening I was in pain and just wanted to sit still for a while, so I threw a bunch of ingredients into my magic bullet and made a smoothie. I think for the way I was feeling, it was a good compromise, because I was tempted to just give up and order a pizza. I am actually proud of myself for not giving in to that urge, being that I was under physical and mental stress. Thankfully I have the weekend ahead so I can rest and heal. 

Tomorrow is Saturday! Hoping to have the energy to make my turkey stuffed cabbage for dinner.
