Day 27-Saturday, Feb 1st

Lazy Saturday. I'm still recovering from my accident, so I didn't make any complicated meals today. We did take a nice long walk, though, since it wasn't below freezing today! 

Breakfast was simple scrambled eggs. Something about eggs cooked in coconut oil with a little bit of salt, they are so good! 

Lunch was some turkey slices and a baked sweet potato. 

Dinner: trader joe's chili lime burgers, Brussels sprouts with lemon and salt, and mixed veg with garlic and oil. The burgers were pretty good, a little bit too much lime flavor for me, but I added some salsa and they were good. My son ate half of one, so that was a huge plus! 

Moving forward...
So I'm trying to decide what I want to do when this whole 30 is over. I want to continue eating like this, but there are some things I really want to include. I was looking at Mark Sisson's list of foods for the primal blueprint challenge, which is very similar, but it includes yogurt, honey, dark chocolate, butter, and alcohol in moderation. I think I can add only those things and do fairly well on a daily basis. I also want to add some exercise besides yoga.

I'm trying to make lifestyle changes, and I feel like this is the closest to what I want. Very exciting!
