I felt really good today, didn't really have the urge to snack between meals, and my energy levels stayed pretty consistent. I planned some awesome meals for next week, a few new things that I am really excited to try! Pinterest is a great source for ideas, and this site has over 3000 whole 30 recipes!
Definitely take a look, I got lots of ideas!
Here's what I ate:
Same lunch as yesterday, salad greens with clementine slices, cashews, and today I added avocado as well.
Dinner: quiche. Delicious!! I made this the same way I made my last quiche, with a sweet potato hash crust and eggs mixed with puréed avocado. It was just as good as last time, and a great way to use up leftover veggies. The plain corner with cheese was for my son, that's why it looks so weird.
Tomorrow my son has a play date, so I'm going to have to bring my own lunch which is kind of a downer, but I'm proud of myself for thinking ahead!
