I only took pics at dinner today. This morning I had leftover quiche for breakfast. Lunch was salad greens with avocado and some roast beef.
Dinner: roasted spaghetti squash with meat sauce and a side of asparagus. I absolutely love this meal! It's easy to make and my whole family loves it!
Tomorrow will be 2 weeks!!! I am excited to enter my 3rd week of whole 30. I am mostly free of cravings and I really enjoy my meals. I feel great almost all the time. It's 8:30pm, and before the whole 30 I would be half awake on the couch, or falling asleep already. Now I actually get several things done in a day (after working full time!) and I still have energy left over. I'm very pleased with the last two weeks. Tomorrow I have a day off, so I'm hoping to do some prep for the week.
