Today I ate:
Breakfast: Banana sprinkled with coconut flakes. I may have also added cashew butter...shhhh. I was off from work and I really wanted a nice treat, so this was really awesome.
Lunch: leftover spaghetti squash with meat sauce from last nights dinner...even better today than it was yesterday!
Dinner: Broccoli rabe chicken sausage, carrots, sweet potato. I definitely had a lot of orange at this meal. I bought waffle fries as a side for my husband and son, but neglected to plan a second vegetable for myself, hence the sweet potato. The sausage was so amazingly delicious I didn't even care what else was on my plate.
Back to work tomorrow, and a big snowstorm is predicted. I picked up some homemade soup at the butcher, chicken vegetable. At least I'll have a good lunch!
